Exchanges and Refunds

We do our best to ensure the quality and fit of our products

If you are unhappy with our product or if it is damaged or defective upon receipt send us an email at Sales@ZEROSERT.com and send your item to: Robert Lee Handcrafts LLC, 1275 Bennett Dr,Suite 138, Longwood FL 32750, United States. Consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Goods for exchange or refund must be returned to Robert Lee Handcrafts LLC within 30 calendar days of purchase unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

If the defect or damage can be repaired, we will make corrections and return the product to you at our cost. If we cannot repair the defect or damage, you may either elect to exchange it for another available product, or we will refund your purchase price.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will email you notification of approval of your request for exchange or refund.

Any refund will be processed consistent with your original method of payment.

If your refund is not allowed because it has not met the conditions above, the goods will be returned to you at our cost.

We will process refunds as expeditiously as possible. Please allow for your bank’s processing time. If 30 calendar days from your return, you have not received your refund and you have confirmed with your bank it is not being processed, please contact us at Sales@ZEROSERT.com.
